Chocolate Atelier, the professional hub for learning chocolate-making and baking combined with a pastry and chocolate shop, selling the finest Swiss Pralines, Vegan Ice-Cream, Vegetarian Cakes and Cup-Cakes, Cakes, Cookies and Seasonal Items in the east coast area of Singapore.
Started by “the chef” Director/Owner Reto Marzari a Swiss citizen with over 50 years of experience in his trade, supported by other chefs and professional people familiar with the F&B business.
Situated in a row of colorful and nicely renovated shophouses, this school, pastry shop and retail outlet is occupying the entire ground-floor of 253 Joo Chiat Road with a floor area of 1458 sqft.
We have chosen the east coast on purpose. The majority of existing cooking schools are situated in the west coast side of Singapore, leaving the opposite side slightly undersupplied. Chocolate Atelier is easily accessible from the Marine Parade side as well as from the Katong and Geylang area.
We will teach not only courses in chocolate making but a wide variety of subjects such as baking cakes, cookies, vegetarian/vegan cakes, catering to lay people as well as professionals.
Students and passing-by customers can buy many of the in-house produced products and ingredients that are on display in our shop.
There is a wide variety of mouth-watering cookies, freshly baked and packed on the spot as well as a delicious Vegan Ice-Cream sold by the scoop.
New in our assortment are Vegan Ice-Cream Cakes (on order) and sweet and savory snacks such as Sea Salt almonds and spicy cashew nuts, Cocoa dusted Swiss Chocolate Almonds, Vegan roasted and Sea Salted Swiss Chocolate Almonds, packed in bottles, making the perfect gift for any occasion.
Our vegetarian cup-cakes are also available for the Baby’s full month celebration in boxes of 4 or 2 pieces with assorted flavors.
