Participants will be given an introduction on the history and origin of chocolates. How chocolate is made, origins of the cocoa beans and where the best cocoa beans come from.

Learn how chocolate is made, the different varieties and the ingredients used to make chocolate couverture
USE OF DIFFERENT BRANDS OF CHOCOLATE COUVERTURE
Brief introduction and tasting of the available brands in the market, which are being used by professional chocolate makers and are for sale in our retail outlet
TECHNIQUES OF CHOCOLATE MAKING
